We make every effort to display product images and details accurately; however, slight variations may occur.
Orders may be cancelled if payment is not completed or verified.
Paramount Parfums is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.
Any misuse, resale, or alteration of products voids eligibility for return or refund.
All disputes are subject to Vadodara, Gujarat jurisdiction only.

Return and Refund Policy

At Paramount Parfums, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we offer a replacement or refund as per the conditions below:

The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required for all return or replacement requests.
Customized or used products are not eligible for return or refund.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval. Approved refunds or replacements will be processed within a reasonable time.
